Our normal method of posting within the UK is First Class Royal Mail and a certificate of Postage is obtained for all items sent. Items ordered before 4pm will be shipped the same day providing they are in stock, any orders made after 4pm will be sent the next morning. Orders can be placed for items that are not in stock and we will post immediately they become available. Customers will be kept informed.
It is also possible when placing your order to choose an alternative delivery address to your own, ideal when buying a gift. Items purchased for presents can also be sent gift wrapped, if you have placed an order worth £20 or more, all you need to is state that you require this FREE service in the comments box on the order form. Orders under £20 will be charged just £1 for gift wrapping.
First Class post usually arrives the next day and customers should contact us if the item does not arrive within 5 days.

We understand that on occasion buyers may need to return products, whether due to a fault in the item or with our service, the size or colour is incorrect or perhaps you just don't like the product once you receive it.
Whatever the reason, our policy allows you 30 days to return the item unwashed, unworn and in its original undamaged packaging alongside a brief note stating the reason for the return. The returned item must be in its original condition to enable us to re-sell it.
Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of hosiery that has been tried on as they will not be in an 'as new' condition. Hosiery cannot be returned once it has been out of the packet due to their delicate nature so we suggest that customers check the colour and size before opening the packet.
Please note that it is the responsibility of the buyer to examine the product carefully and note any faults before trying on as any stockings, tights or hold-ups with pulls, snags or ladders cannot be considered as a 'factory defect' once the item has been taken out of the packet or tried on.
We cannot be held responsible for returned items which do not arrive so customers should ensure they retain evidence of posting.
Fautly items. Any defective item can be returned for a full refund or replacement, including postage costs.
A full refund including return postage costs will also be offered if we have made any errors in your order.
In the case of items returned that are without faults, or where no errors have been made in the order by Swanky Pins Fashion Hosiery, the cost of the return postage costs will not be refunded.
Exchanges: Should you decide to exchange a product we will not charge postage costs for the replacement item to be sent. Once we have received the original item, your replacement item will be sent within 1 working day.
We are not able to offer a refund or exchange on an item where a customer does not have proof of posting should the item not arrive.
Once your return arrives in an acceptable condition a refund or replacement will be processed within 24 hours.
