Placing an Order with Swanky Pins
Customers can order using Express Checkout (without registration) or by registering on the site. The advantage of creating an account at Fashion Hosiery is that you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an orders status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made.
Once you click Checkout button, you will be able to choose the delivery address. The default is the address of the account holder, but we do offer our customers the choice of entering an alternative address, useful if the item is for a present. Should you require the item gift wrapped, you can add this request in the comments box. Click 'Continue'
At this stage, if you have a discount coupon or gift voucher, copy the code into the 'Enter Redeem Code' field which will deduct the offer from your basket. Click 'Continue'
The Order Confirmation page will show you the delivery address and invoice address as well the the sub total, shipping costs and total order price. Please check the information carefully before clicking the 'Confirm Order' button.
Back Orders / Out of Stock
If an item is showing out of stock, it may still possible to place an order depending on whether we have more of any particular product on order. Back-ordered products could take anywhere between 7-14 days to arrive. All back orders are sent out to you within 1 working day of us receiving our stock.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can make your order and enter your details without the need to create an account. However, the benefit of choosing to create an account is that you will be able to shop faster on subsequent visits, keep up to date on an orders status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made. It also allows you to take advantage of our loyalty/reward points.
How quickly do you process my order?
Orders are shipped the same day if ordered before 3.00pm on a Monday – Friday. Orders after 3pm will be sent out the next day (Saturday post leaves at approx 11.15am).

Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery - £6.95
Guaranteed Saturday Delivery - £11.95
Air Mail Europe: 3 - 5 working days - £3.95
USA / Canada: 4 - 12 working days - £4.95
Rest of the World: 7 - 14 working days - £4.95
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery (UK only): Before 1pm the following day. However, orders placed on Friday are not guaranteed by Royal Mail to arrive on a Saturday. They may do, but as it is not guaranteed it could be the following Monday. The only way to guarantee a Saturday delivery is to pay for that service.

Can my delivery go to an alternative address?
Yes, you can choose a different address for delivery at checkout.
Why haven’t I received confirmation of my order?
Some e-mail services incorrectly flag automated messages as spam – if you don´t receive anything, please check your spam folders first. You may also accidentally have provided an incorrect e-mail address – in this case please contact us to check whether we received your order. Alternatively, if you created an account you can log in to check the status of your order.
I haven’t received my order?
On rare occasions, or for some remote areas, there can be a delay in receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for delayed arrivals as we rely on Royal Mail to delivery within their specified time frame, although 99% do arrive on time. If the shipping time is significantly late, please contact our Support with your order number. Most items are sent recorded delivery so require a signature. If no-one is available to sign, the item will need to be collected from your local sorting office. We do know that on occasion, a card is not left so it is worth checking with your sorting office first.
Can I return the item or cancel my order?
As all orders are sent out same day, you would need to cancel your order asap to avoid it being posted. You may return items up to 30 after ordering. Our full returns policy can be seen here
What currencies do you accept?
You can choose between Euros, UK £ or US $ by using the drop down arrow in the currency box at the top of the page. If you are using a different currency and paying by credit/debit card or Paypal, your card issuer will automatically convert whichever currency you use.
What payment methods do you accept?
We can accept Amazon Payments, Paypal, Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfer or payment over the telephone.
How safe are my details on your site?
Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.
How do I apply for a refund or exchange?

How do I redeem discounts vouchers of gift cards?
You will need to enter the voucher number/gift card number in the relevant box at checkout.
